koji kurac se srbi mješaju u naoružavanje HV...

Bolestan narod se već 100 godina mješa u privatne stvari susjeda.

puko komšo, prek ograde viri,

zelenija trava, ne mož da se smiri...

božmeprosti dole se on dira,

svoje nema, tuđe bi da bira...

bolestan u glavi i baloner sivi,

The “gifted” jets would be second-hand ones used by the French Air Force while the purchased fighters will come from the stock being built for the Egyptian Air Force."

Again, no, as I posted in the article of the 31st of August, all 24 rafales for Egypt have been delivered. In 2018-2019 the relations between France and Egypt grew a bit colder (partly because of Macron remarks about human rights in Egypt, partly because France didn't want to give as generous loans for future military orders), and the expected order for more rafales didn't came (there was an option for 12 more in the first contract, that was not used by Egypt). Egypt then turned to Italy for arms procurement (it is currently negotiating for 24 eurofigther typhoons tranche 3 standard, as well as FREMM frigates). Now, in 2020, and thanks in part to both France and Egypt having trouble with Turkey, the relationship between France and Egypt is growing warmer again, and a future order for more rafales is possible. Though I'd say it is unlikely in the near future: Egypt is also expecting Russians su-35, so unless the negotiations for the Eurofigther Typhoons don't go through, that would be too much plane for Egypt's finances. Anyway it has not been signed yet, and therefore no rafales are currently being produced for Egypt (you don't produce fighters for an hypothetical order that may never come.)

Rafales being produced right now are the latest for Qatar, and most of the Indian order of 36. There is a small gap between these export orders and remaining rafales to be ordered for the French Armée de l'air (that will be up to the future F4 standard). There were talks about accelerating the French order to fill this gap, but it is difficult to accelerate the development of the F4 standard (Dassault was said to be ok for the accelerated French order to fill the gap, but Safran said no, it would not be ready before the agreed upon date of 2024 I think.) Greece rafales could fill this gap with these 10 rafales to be produced for 2023- early 2024 (probably? I might get a bit ahead of myself with these dates) and would be the last F3R produced before the full F4 production.

Edit: in fact the last Indian rafales are to be delivered, and be up to Indian specifications, by September 2022. Though with Covid there might be delays; it was already a tight schedule to begin with, the rafales already delivered to India and soon to be delivered might not have all the specifications asked for and could have to be modified with the last specifications before September 2022, as some specifications were not ready yet. So the Greek order would be for delivery starting October 2022, until late 2023 (10 rafales is approximately one year of minimal production rate of eleven, 1 per month minus August), and after that starting very late 2023/ early 2024 delivery of the first F4 produced rafales (tight schedule again as the F4 is supposed to be ready in 2024, assuming no delay). That's assuming the Greek order is signed soon, like in October of this year after smooth negotiations; but it might take longer.

There are talks that the 8 rafales "donated" by the French Armée de l'air are F3 standard, not F3R. It makes me a bit curious: the latest standard in the Armée de l'air is F3R, an optimized version of the F3 standard (to simplify), and all are currently being updated to F3R (takes time, as some are deployed on operations abroad; the first rafales up to F3R standard joined operations in the middle east last month for example). The most important difference being that the F3R can be equipped with the meteor, while the F3 was not. So why not update the 8 rafales to F3R before giving them to Greece? It doesn't take much time (we're speaking a few days of work, maybe a few weeks at most) or money to do so, as it is a mostly "software" update, and even if they were not delivered with meteor missiles, they could be immediately equipped with them if Greece purchased some later on. Given the importance of the meteor, I can only wonder why it would not be F3R rafales instead of F3.
EDIT: I might have been wrong about how short and not too costly it is to update a F3 to an F3R: maybe several months? That means rafales immobilized at a time when France is already stretching its fleet and Greece are expected as soon as possible, so that may be why F3 rather than F3R?

Anyway all the details are not already known, and not even signed on in fact. So some of this is speculation and is subject to change I think. I think the exact number of 8 second-hand rafales from the Armée de l'air is for example not set in stone yet, that will be part of the final negotiation that is just starting now
