DA NIKADA nije kasno za donijeti kvalitetne odluke u životu dokazuje Kim Dolan Leto koja je naš ovotjedni fitness model tjedna.
Ona je svoju fitness karijeru započela u 30. godini života.
Njen životni moto da ograničenja ne postoje ukoliko si ih samostalno ne postavimo Kim nastoji prezentirati i njenoj 7-godišnjoj kćeri.
Nakon što je njen otac doživio moždani udar Kim je ozbiljno počela promišljati o vlastitom zdravstvenom stanju. Kaže kako je u tom periodu njenog života u potpunosti bila "izvan forme".
Zahvaljujući genetskim predispozicijama Kim je prilikom izvođenja vježbi koje uključuje trening gimnastike svakodnevno uočavala vrlo značajan napredak.

Want to feel better right now? These are my go to tips when I start to feel down. I hope they lift your spirits too! 1. Create a small quick win. Make a good decision today you wouldn’t normally make. Examples: trade your super sugary coffee for a green tea, get in a workout, spend 10 minutes alone writing down your goals or do something nice for someone else. 2. Switch your focus to the 90% that is right about your life instead of focusing on the 10% that you’d like to change and thank God for how blessed you are. 3. Rather than take inventory of your flaws or wrong food choices and skipped workouts, focus on your gifts and what you did do right. Creating a quick win in your thoughts can turn your whole day around; it’s all about perspective. Will you try one of these and feel better today? Tag 3 sweet friends who could use a pick me up.
Isn’t it easy to reach a certain stage of life (or may I say age) and begin to think it’s too late? I don’t think people realize I struggle with this, but I beat it with my faith! If you’re feeling like you’re too old, it’s too late to you just don’t have it in you anymore, please renew your mind today to the possibility that you can start over –right now! Here’s some fun proof – here’s me shooting a workout and a cover of a magazine and at my age that might seem far-fetched, but limitations are self-imposed! Only you can take yourself out of the game. Ona uobičava pripremati obroke sa što većim asortimanom namirnica, međutim, izbjegava prženje hrane te dodavanje šećera i masti prilikom pripreme iste.

She loves spiralized zucchini pasta so much she learned to make it herself! These moments together are not only precious - they are creating her habits.
