What an advertisement: German Deutsche Welle is filming a reportage about Dubrovnik
THE FILMING CREW of the German television Deutsche Welle and its editor Elisabeth Koetter are currently staying in Dubrovnik and filming a television reportage about Dubrovnik, Dubrovacki Dnevnik reported.
“Dubrovnik has an ideal combination of history, culture, and sunny weather, and thus is an ideal choice for the travel TV reportage by Deutsche Welle. It will show Dubrovnik’s cultural heritage and will be broadcasted in the popular show Check-in. Dubrovnik residents have absolutely thrilled us with their hospitality, and that’s the reason we’ll return to Dubrovnik, and continue to discover and film the entire region,” said Koetter.
Deutsche Welle is a satellite program that is broadcast worldwide on four channels - English, German, Spanish, and Arabic, and the broadcasting service is possible in 30 different foreign languages.
Dubrovacki Dnevnik reminds us that this isn’t the only German television filming in Dubrovnik in July. The German television ProSieben has recently filmed the reportage about Dubrovnik for the popular show Taff, as well as the German broadcaster ARD/WDR.
Over the last few years, the German tourists took third place on the top list of the most numerous guests in Dubrovnik, and this year in July, they took the first place.
By the way, Croatia is on the German list of safe countries.
