Objavom nominacija za 83. dodjelu Zlatnih globusa i službeno je započela utrka za prestižne nagrade koje slave najbolja postignuća u svijetu filma i televizije. Popis nominiranih u ponedjeljak, 8. prosinca, otkrili su glumci Marlon Wayans i Skye P. Marshall, čime je i formalno otvorena sezona nagrada.
U većini od 28 kategorija natječe se po šest nominiranih, dok ih je u kategoriji za filmska i box office postignuća osam. Zlatni globusi ove godine uvode i jednu novost - kategoriju za najbolji podcast, čime su postali prva velika dodjela nagrada koja odaje priznanje ovom sve popularnijem formatu.
Voditeljica i termin ceremonije
Svečana ceremonija održat će se u nedjelju, 11. siječnja, a ulogu voditeljice ponovno će preuzeti komičarka Nikki Glaser, koja je oduševila publiku svojim debitantskim nastupom ranije ove godine.
"Vođenje Zlatnih globusa ove godine bilo je bez sumnje najzabavnije što sam ikada imala u svojoj karijeri", izjavila je 41-godišnja Glaser još u ožujku.
Počasne nagrade
Ove godine bit će uručene i dvije počasne nagrade. Nagrada Cecil B. DeMille pripast će legendarnoj Helen Mirren, dok će Sarah Jessica Parker primiti nagradu Carol Burnett. Obje nagrade bit će predstavljene u novoj specijalnoj emisiji Golden Eve, koja će se emitirati na CBS-u i Paramount+ u četvrtak, 8. siječnja, samo tri dana uoči glavne ceremonije.
Prijenos 83. dodjele Zlatnih globusa bit će dostupan na CBS-u i streaming platformi Paramount+ u nedjelju, 11. siječnja.
